The three of us spent some time in Wildwood, NJ recently with family. We're not much of beach people but we did get to ride bikes, roam the boardwalk, swim in the pool, celebrate Ally's 2nd Birthday, and enjoy local chocolates and ice cream. Ally's "cake" was a delicious dirt and worm pudding dessert...great job Mimi and Jon! When we road bikes, Justin's little cheeks giggled around---too cute. Jon had an interesting experience with Xavier in the pool tossing him backwards and giving him thrill where he got stuck upside down for a bit. Good thing Xavier is becoming quite the good swimmer. On the way up to the beach we stopped at the old Pledger house in Salem, NJ and the owners let us tour the inside. They swear there is a ghost that still occupies the home and all who live there experience its presence---a cold spot and door that gets opened mysteriously. Never mind the cold spot was right under the AC vent. Justin was not the happiest camper on the way home but who can blame him for not liking a 4.5 hour car ride. Thanks again Mimi for a great time at the beach. We'll miss everyone and hanging out.
