Happy Father's Day!

For Father's Day we went to Audrey and her boys to paint the Dads some pottery--Justin a plate and Cloe a mug. They had a good time personalizing the pottery and Justin kept it a secret 'til we gave it to Jon.  Chloe tried eating the paint so I mostly did the mug but at least it has her foot print.

Then the night before Father's Day Jon, Justin, Will, and Charlie had a Father-Son campout.  We had s'mores first with all the kids and then left for the guys to get some sleep and hang-out time together.  Turns out the boys did great and slept well despite all the wild life and noise through then night.  Will and Jon seemed to hear more than the boys.  Right before falling asleep they saw a deer in the woods and lots of fireflies.  The boys had a blast (even though Justin woke up around 5:50 am) to the sun and birds.  Jon said in the middle of the night Justin screamed in his sleep "I'm still hungry!".  I guess we know what Justin dreams about.

After church today we went to a Farmer's Market in Clarksburg and got some great produce for a low price! This was a picture near the fields around the farmer's market area.  Stinks the kids weren't all looking but we were pressed for time.

My arm looks humongous in that one photo with the boys, Will, and myself!!! It reminds me of how Michelangelo intentionally made David's hand bigger to show that it was given God-like strength to defeat Goliath. I just need the strength for holding on to J-man!
